As a pet-friendly community, how is pet waste handled?

We want to ensure that we provide a clean and safe neighborhood for all of our four-legged residents. To help with that goal, we are a proud partner with PooPrints! Upon move-in, each dog is required to provide a DNA swab.

Is parking included?

All residents can park for free in our off-street parking lot. We also offer detached garage rentals for an additional charge. For more information on rental spaces, contact our team for details.

Can I tour virtually?

Yes, we offer various touring options to all potential residents, including 360 tours, virtual tours with an agent, and more!

Do you have washers and dryers?

Apartment homes at Maple Village include full-size washers and dryer connections!

What school district are you located in?

Maple Village is located within the Pell City School District.

What bedroom options do you have?
